Hope it works. Over budget, way behind schedule, so what else is new. In the meantime, the Russians keep popping those antique Soyuz and Progress vehicles up like clockwork!
Oh, there's all the usual Euro nonsense standing in the way of getting it to launch on time, but it's much needed. Soyuz and Progress are as tough and reliable as Volkswagen Beetles and Volvos, but for political as well as practical reasons it would good to see a new big lifter on the scene.
Verne would have hated the endless bureaucracy surrounding the way the ship was designed and built of course - bring on the good fellows from the Paris Gun Club!
