How neat would that be, to suddenly just find a whole new planet circling our star? The rest of the article is just about the tech details of the telescope. Now I want more info about PLANET MYSTERION or whatever it'll get named. After all, we found one or two of the outer planets due to their gravitational effects.
Hi, and thanks for the recommendations. Sorry not to reply before, but it's been a bit of a bugger of a week. I have (or my partner has) the Laura Marling CD, and a bunch of Kate Rusby's stuff, and I've just bought Andrew Bird's Noble Beast. The Sibelius is a great recommendation too . . . but I also have that! So I'll go for the Tiger Lou track, and something by Florence and the Machine (heard her interviewed recently: interesting) and Alela Diane. Thanks!
I'm the author of more than twenty books, including novels, short story collections and a film monograph. My latest novel is Beyond the Burn Line.

Well, not really knowing your tastes Paul, my current favourites...
Florence + The Machine
Laura Marling
Kate Rusby
Of course if you're not keen on female vocalists this won't be much help!

Unrelated but still cool:
"The telescope will also be able to spot Jupiter-sized objects up to 60,000 astronomical units away (1 AU equals the Earth-sun distance). The distribution of comet paths has suggested that a very large planet could be lurking at 25,000 AU, says WISE project scientist Peter Eisenhardt of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California."

How about Sibelius' Fifth?

Seconding the Laura Marling, and - again, not knowing your tastes - adding a shout for Andrew Bird and Alela Diane.
